"I felt the effect of singing bowl session much more in the second session compared with the first one. Perhaps it was because I knew what would happen after the first one In the second session, I could really feel the benefit and greatness of singing bowl therapy. The vibration and sounds from the bowl, at first felt quite foreign and recognisable, soon became unnoticeable, as my body started to resonate with them and as I went deeper into relaxation. All the physical and mental blockages were unblocked. Suddenly everything began to flow so smoothly and naturally. The one-hour long session passed so quickly, while I was deep into relaxation and enjoying letting my body circulation, energy, and my own vibe flow as they should.
The tiredness I felt soon after the end of the session was soon replaced with warmness and calmness in my body and mind. Singing bowl therapy worked well for me to relax and improve the flow of my energy and body circulation."

"I have been to many yoga classes and to be honest have struggled to find a class that suits me. I have found most of them to be too fast and acrobatic. For me, I wanted a class which would relax me and one that incorporated the spiritual essence of Yoga. And May's class did just that and more! May's compassion and warmth comes through in her teaching, making you feel you are getting one to one attention (even in a group session!). I felt so relaxed after the session yet energised. I felt calm and grounded. I particularly loved the meditation at the end of the Yoga session.
